If you are interested in playing for Team USA, please fill out the form below. All athletes who want to play on a national team or with a development program must participate in an official national team identification event.
Your submission will be sent directly to a member of the USA Baseball Operations staff, as well as to any corresponding Regional Director if interested in learning more about the National Team Identification Series.

The USA Baseball National Team Championships are elite championship events which serve as the primary identification vehicle for players to be considered for the 15U National Team, as well as the 13U/14U Athlete Development Program (ADP) and the 16U and 17U National Team Development Programs (NTDP).

The USA Baseball National Team Identification Series (NTIS) is the most comprehensive individual player identification program offered by USA Baseball. Launched in 2009, the program was created to provide all athletes from anywhere across the United States an opportunity to compete for a spot on a USA Baseball national team without attending a team championship event.
